Order Status
When will my order ship?
  The majority of our orders ship from our warehouse in Richmond, VA.  Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer. In those instances, the ship from location is included in the product description.

Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday.  We make every effort to ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt.  Orders received on Friday and Saturday will generally ship on Monday.  You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking information via e-mail when your order has shipped.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Contact our Customer Service Department at info@makemorecents.com or 804-360-8337.  If the order has begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be changed.
How do I track my order?
  Once you order is shipped you will receive an e-mail notification including a tracking link. You can also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

Shipping and handling information.
  FedEx and USPS are our shipping partners. Detailed information on shipping options, delivery times and estimated shipping costs are included on the Shopping Cart page. Once your order is complete, the shipping costs are finalized on the Check-Out page prior to submitting your payment information.

As an environmentally responsible business, we do try to use recycled boxes and packing materials with our shipments.  Recycling materials lessens the impact to our environment and enables us to control our costs so we can continue to offer great products and services and competitive prices.
My order has not arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site or use the tracking link on your confirmation e-mail to get your order status. You can also contact USPS or FedEx directly and speak with a Customer Service representative to obtain an update on your shipment.  Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at info@makemorecents.com for additional assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  If an item is missing from your shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@makemorecents.com .

In some instances, orders are shipped in multiple cartons. In those instances, you will receive a tracking number for each carton. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site or use your confirmation e-mail to verify that your complete order has shipped.
