At Make More Cents your satisfaction is very important to us. Please follow these procedures if a product was shipped in error, damaged in shipment or did not meet your expectations.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item
Please contact Customer Service, within 24 hours of receipt, at returns@makemorecents.com, specifying your order number and the item you received. We will notify you with specific instructions. Please retain packing materials and shipping box until you receive instructions.
14 Day Guarantee Return Policy
We are not happy unless you’re happy. If the product did not meet your expectations– just return it in new condition for a refund. Please contact Customer Service, within 14 days of receipt, at returns@makemorecents.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will notify you with a return authorization number. All returns must be in original, new, re-sellable condition and include all of the original contents (manufacturer’s packaging, instruction manuals, warranty card, accessories, etc.) and must be received in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in “new condition” or apply a damage/re-stocking fee of up to 100%. Repack the item in its original shipping carton and packing materials. Complete the return request slip that was included with your order and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box. We recommend that you insure your return as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment. Once the item is received and passes inspection, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price and shipping. Please allow two weeks from the time your product is received for your credit to post.
